Elizabeth Hudson
Elizabeth grew up in the Hills District, completing her HSC at Baulkham Hills High School, and graduated from Sydney University in 1981. She has experience in both the public and private sectors spanning 43 years.
Her special interests include women’s health, musculoskeletal (muscle and joint) problems, especially back, shoulder and knee pain, as well as sports and work related injuries. She also enjoys helping people recover from surgery.
She has been the Practice Principal at Quakers Hill Physiotherapy Centre for 30 years since starting the business from her home in 1995. The practice quickly grew and expanded into the current premises in 1998. She has been providing physiotherapy services to Quakers Hill and the surrounding districts for 30 years. She has developed strong ties with the local community.
She utilizes a team approach with local doctors and other health professionals to maximize the health outcomes for her patients.
Elizabeth’s treatment approach is to thoroughly assess your condition and then develop a treatment program designed individually for you. This will include a careful explanation of the problem and how she will work with you to help alleviate it and achieve your goals. This may include a specific exercise program, hands on treatment and education regarding self-management.
Elizabeth participates regularly in professional education to keep up to date with current research and treatment trends.
In her spare time Elizabeth enjoys travelling overseas, the beach, keeping fit, going to the theatre and concerts, reading, cooking, and eating out.
