Treatment Fees

Appointments are scheduled for 30 minutes of individual time with the physiotherapist. The cost for an initial treatment is $105 and follow up treatments are $95 per session.

Private Health Insurance

We have Hicaps which enables us to claim directly from your health fund. Please bring your health fund card with you to each appointment. We also have EFTPOS facilities to pay the gap between your rebate and the cost of the appointment.

Medicare

If your Doctor gives you an Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) referral, you will be charged $95 for each treatment and if you pay your account with an EFTPOS card and bring your medicare card with you, we may be able to process your refund at the time and this will be credited directly to your account. There will be an out of pocket expense for each treatment. We do not bulk bill for an EPC.

Department of Veterans Affairs

If you are entitled to treatment under the Department of Veterans Affairs gold card scheme, you will need to bring your card or your DVA number with you, and a current referral from your Doctor. We are able to directly bill the Department for your treatment.

Workers Compensation

If you have made a claim under Workcover (or another workers compensation scheme) we are able to bill the Insurer directly for your treatment.

Please bring copies of the following:

  • Your Workcover Certificate from your GP
  • The name and address of your Insurance Company and your Employer,
  • Contact details of your case manager, and your claim number when these are available,
  • Copies of any x-rays, scans or letters that will help to assess your injury.

CTP (Motor Vehicle) Claims

For CTP claims you need to have been to your GP to get a Accident Notification Form for your insurance company. We need to get approval for your initial treatment from the insurance company, unless you are prepared to pay for your treatments until liability has been accepted in writing by them. Once liability has been accepted you can put in a claim for these treatments and we can then bill the CTP insurer directly.
